FB&TV is a theatre company with a 10 year track record in high profile productions. Our core company of actors with learning disabilities work in television, film and theatre. Training is a high priority for us and we share our expertise and experience with young learning disabled people in our fun and dynamic Youth Theatre.
Our youth theatre sessions are great fun, participants independently engage in theatre skills activity - working towards an end of year show (last year it was A Mid Summer Night's Dream performed in the coutyard of the Lawrence Batley Theatre). Working creatively as part of a team they will develop basic theatre skills, confidence as well as increased concerntration and focus.
We still have a limited number of places available for our highly sucessful youth theatre at the start of the autumn term. These fun and exciting sessions take place on a Monday evening at the Lawrence Batley Theatre and on Wednesday nights at Dewsbury Minster. So if you are aged between 11-18, have a flair for theatre and a passion to perform get in touch now to book a trial session.
